Step 1: Disconnect your Reddit Account With Google

Here is how you can do it:
- First, open up a web browser on your device and go to reddit.com. (we are using the web version of Reddit because these settings options are not available on the Reddit App)
- Now, click on the blue “Log In” button at the top-right corner and log in to your Reddit Account that you want to delete.
- Once you log in, click on the Profile Name.
- From the menu, select User Settings.
- Under the “Accounts” tab, scroll down and click “Disconnect” next to the Connected to Google option.
- Click Continue.
- This will send you the mail to set up a Reddit Password.
- Just open up the mail and set a password for your Reddit account.
- That’s it.
Step 2: Delete the Account
Once you have disconnected your Reddit account with Google, the next step is to delete the account. For that, use the following steps:
- Again go to Reddit’s official website and log in with your account by using the password that you just have created.
- Once you log in, click on Profile.
- Select “Users Settings” from the drop-down menu.
- Under the Accounts tab, scroll down at the bottom and select the “Delete Account” option.
- This will redirect you to another page where enter the “Username” and “Password” of your account and follow the instructions to delete the Reddit account.
